DMIC announcement 2007 mein hua tha. Jo logon ne 2007–2010 mein Dholera ke aas-paas land liya — woh already 8–10× up hain. Jo 2020–2022 mein aaye — woh 3–4× up hain. Jo March 2025 mein Rajpath Supreme 1 bulk mein aaye — woh 150% up hain in 14 months.
Har entry point pe DMIC story intact thi. Aur abhi bhi intact hai — kyunki corridor abhi complete nahi hua. Semi-HSR rail construction start nahi hua, Tata plant fully operational nahi hua, NMHC Lothal open nahi hua. Jo catalysts abhi bhi pending hain — woh prices mein fully reflected nahi hain.
