My background is in technology and financial analysis, which means I evaluate investments the way an analyst would — government notifications, DSIRDA allotment data, price histories, encumbrance certificates — before I recommend anything.

Being an authorised partner means developers pay my fee. You pay the same price whether you buy through me or go directly to the developer. My only interest is in long-term client relationships — many investors come back for second and third purchases, and referrals are our primary source of new enquiries.
