My background is in technology and financial analysis, which means I evaluate investments the way an analyst would — government notifications, development authority records, price trends, and title chain — before I recommend anything.

Every city I cover has a verified infrastructure story: Dholera's semiconductor zone and new airport, Ayodhya's post-Ram Mandir transformation, Neemrana's Japan IMT industrial cluster, Kharkhoda's Maruti Suzuki plant, Vrindavan's pilgrimage-driven appreciation, and more. I don't list cities speculatively — each one has confirmed government investment or operational infrastructure driving demand.

The best investments happen when infrastructure is confirmed but not yet complete. Airport under construction, expressway recently opened, semiconductor fab being built — these are timed events that drive the next price leg. Buying after delivery means buying at the top.

Every project is verified for legal standing before listing — NA conversion, NOC, title clear, project plan approval, or RERA registration depending on the city and project type. Documents are shared with every buyer before any payment is made — this is non-negotiable.
