I've been tracking this micro-market since the plots first launched in late 2022. The location ticked every box I look for: a wide arterial highway at the gate, not a small internal road. An institution next door — Cadila University, 500 metres away. A large employer across the road — 522-room Tata worker accommodation. Adjacent to Dholera SIR — TP1A boundary is approximately 8 km, airport boundary approximately 10 km. The society sits directly on SH-40, the main artery into the SIR, with unobstructed highway connectivity.
