About plot loans in India:
Plot loans are available from SBI, HDFC, ICICI, Axis, and other major banks. Typical LTV is 70–75% of plot value.
Interest rates range from 8–9.5% for plot loans and 8–9% for home loans. Tenure is typically up to 15 years for plots
and up to 30 years for flats. Some banks do not offer plot loans for agricultural land conversion or outside municipal limits.
